Stop Reacting, and Start Capturing the Right Metrics to Become Predictive in Your Organization

This intensive, two-session workshop (10AM-Noon Sept 11 and 10AM-Noon Sept 18) empowers quality professionals and organizational leaders to shift from reactive to predictive quality management. Through innovative LEGO Serious Play* activities and expert-led discussions, participants will learn to identify, implement, and leverage predictive metrics that drive organizational success. The course covers understanding how to:

• Shift from reactive to predictive analysis of KPIs
• Improve data collection and analysis techniques
• Implement predictive quality practices

By the end of this hands-on workshop, attendees will have developed a concrete action plan to transform their organization’s approach to quality management, ensuring they stay ahead of potential issues and continuously improve their processes.
